 PERSONAL INFORMATION

I was born in Arhavi on November 11, 1961. I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education in Arhavi. I am married and have three children. I graduated from the Anadolu University Open Education Faculty with an Associate Degree in Social Sciences in 1995, and from the Faculty of Business Administration in 2003. In 1986, I began my career as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health. In 1987, I was appointed to the Arhavi Health Center. Between 2003 and 2004, I served as the Treasurer of the same institution. In accordance with Article 86 of Civil Servants Law No. 657, I performed duties as a Director. Since November 2, 2012, I have been serving as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at Arhavi State Hospital under the Public Hospitals Administration.
