PURPOSE 1: Committees at Arhavi State Hospital; compliance with service quality standards and quality management system; To determine the periodicity of the meetings held at planned intervals, the meeting manager and participants, and the methods for reviewing the content and scope of the meetings in order to ensure their continuity, adequacy and effectiveness.

2.SCOPE: It covers all employees.

5. APPLICATION: Compliance of the applications with the legislation and quality management system in line with the quality standards in health; They are carried out to evaluate continuity, adequacy and competence.

Participants should be informed before the meeting. The information should include the meeting manager and participants, the meeting agenda and duration, the meeting place and time. The agenda items, place, time and duration of the meetings are determined by the committee chairman, and the participants are notified in writing or verbally one week in advance. Committee chairmen and members are determined by the hospital chief physician and notified by writing their duty letters. The committee chairmen and members are stated in a table. Decisions taken are recorded in the meeting minutes form.
