Our patients can apply to our hospital 24/7 in case of emergency. In non-emergency cases, they are directed to the polyclinic by the quarantine physician. Our physicians have discretion in professional matters.
Our patients must have their identity cards with them.
For a normal outpatient clinic examination, an appointment must be made at our hospital. Appointments can be made by phone, online or at the appointment desks within the hospital.
Due to density in our hospital, appointment capacities may be filled in some cases. Especially polyclinics and diagnostic units serving in branches that are rare in Turkey are working above capacity. Our patients who receive regular service from our hospital should make their appointments by taking these issues into consideration.
There is a personnel cash desk in our hospital. In general, there are special areas reserved for our staff and their first degree relatives (mother-father-sibling-spouse-child) in polyclinics.
While you are waiting for your polyclinic appointment time, examination times may be delayed in some cases. As the chief physician, we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience on these issues.
