OUR VISITOR RULES
For the health of our patients, make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the visit time is limited to 10 minutes.
Patient visits are between 13:00/14:00 and 19:00/20:00 every day.
Do not bring children under 7 floors to inpatient floors or children under 16 to intensive care units.
A companion should remain with each patient and it should not be difficult for healthcare personnel to remove them.
If the practice of having visitors and/or companions is prohibited by our physician, please take care to comply with this.
Follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting isolated patients.
Pay attention to the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.
To protect our patients' and your own health, do not come into direct contact with the patient during your visit.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after the visit.
Be careful not to behave in a way that reflects your emotional state, such as crying or shouting, in front of our patients (as it may harm them).
To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.
Flowers with soil are not allowed in patient rooms due to the risk of infection. Flowers with soil sent on behalf of the patient will be delivered to him/her upon discharge.
