Born on October 4, 1991, in Şavşat, Artvin, he graduated from Kırıkkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2015. He worked at Arhavi Community Health Center between 2015-2016. During this period, he served as the Responsible Physician and the Occupational Physician of the institution. He completed his master's degree in Health Institutions Management. He also holds a degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. He began his residency in the Radiology Department at Kırıkkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2018 and completed his specialization in 2023. He started working as a Radiology Specialist at Arhavi State Hospital on October 5, 2023.
