How is MHRS Priced?
The ALO 182 Appointment Line is charged for not being covered by emergency calls. The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) sets the main rules and the upper limit for remuneration. Calling ALO 182 from both landlines and mobile phones is equivalent to calling a landline phone line. According to ICTA minutes to call landlines in Turkey up to 46.25 cents. Türk-Telekom minutes 7-15 kr. and the tariffs are subject to change.

GSM companies cannot exceed this upper limit set by ICTA. In addition, our citizens can use their free minutes in the contract or package. You can get detailed information about pricing by contacting your mobile or landline phone company.

It is not possible for the Ministry of Health to generate income on this line or to charge an additional fee to the citizens' telephone line. Appointments via Internet and smart devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.) are free of charge.

How can I register my new member?
When you enter https://www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr or https://www.mhrs.gov.tr, you can log in to the system by creating a membership with a password that you specify in the "New Member" section.

After you have logged in to the "New Member" section by downloading the MHRS Mobile app to your smart device, you can enter your details and perform your membership.

The information you have entered must be matched with your information in the Directorate of Population. Otherwise, you will not be able to perform your membership.

Forgot Password How can I find out?
When you enter the book at https://www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr or https://www.mhrs.gov.tr, go to the "Do not remember" section if you have already created a membership record.

Here you can either renew your password or create a temporary password in two ways;

E-mail section T.C. your identification number and the e-mail registered in the system; You can set your new password using the password renewal link that comes to your e-mail address.
In the SMS section, enter your mobile phone number registered in the system and you can set the new password by entering the confirmation code on your screen.
You can use the Temporary Password section. If you want to use the "Temporary Password" application, you must have created a PIN in the "Advanced Security" field by logging in with e-Government and you have to give confirmation to use the "Temporary Password" sending feature via SMS.
If you try to renew the password in any of the first 2 ways and receive a non-compliance alert, the system may offer you a new alternative to renew your password with your credentials. However, in order to benefit from this alternative method, you should have chosen your secret question - answer and picture from your account. You will be able to access the password refresh screen after entering the correct information by clicking the "Renew your identity information and password" button from the incoming screen. If you don't see this option, you have to answer the question beforehand and do not select a picture.

If you cannot renew your password by using this method, you can access the appointment system by using the button "Log in to the system with your e-Government password", you can update your contact information, password and hidden question-answer and picture in the account information section.

How to get an appointment?

In order to make an appointment with MHRS, you can get support from our operators by calling our ALO 182 line.

To make an appointment from the web; If you do not already have a membership registration, click the "Get an Appointment" button, and then click "Register" to make your membership process. If your membership is available, you can create your appointment by selecting the hospital and physician you want with your ID number and password.

To make an appointment on MHRS mobile, you can download the MHRS application from the application market of your smart device and if you don't have a membership record, you can get your appointment by logging in with your ID number and password.

How can I view my appointments?
You can use the following options to access your appointment information.

You can see your appointments in "Appointment History" after you login with your ID number and password when you enter https://www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr or https://www.mhrs.gov.tr.
After logging in to MHRS Mobile from your smart device, you can see the appointments you have received by selecting the appointment history on the screen that appears.
You can get information about your future appointments by answering the questions asked about the information security by calling our ALO 182 call center.
